Enter The Metro Contest Terms And Conditions

1) By entering our competition, you agree to be bound by all rules relating to the competition (and which may be changed at any time without notice).

2) This competition is open to all US and Canadian entrants excluding anyone professionally associated with this competition. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter. Only one entry per email address is permitted. Multiple entries from the same email address or from the same individual will be counted as one entry. JTM Games may request proof of eligibility to enter the competition.

3) In the event of any dispute, JTM Games’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4) One winner will be drawn on Sunday February 03, 2013.

5) The winner will win a digital copy of Metro 2033 for Steam (PC)

6) The winners will be contacted via email regarding their successful entry.

7) The winner consents to the use of their name and comments being used for publicity purposes.

8) These competition Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Canadian law.
