JTM Games Is a Finalist For The Best Business Blog Award!
Hi there JTM Nation,
I am proud to announce that JTM Games was recently chosen as a finalist for the “Best Business Blog” category at the 3rd annual Social Media Awards!
Taking place on May 7, 2013 the Social Media Awards’ goal is to identify, define, and celebrate excellence and best practices in social media today. And oh boy are we absolutely honoured and thrilled to be included in it.
But really, we wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for you guys, the JTM Nation who’ve been with us throughout this journey. What started out as an outlet for one nerdy guy to talk about video games turned into a full-blown game industry blog with extremely passionate, knowledgeable, and hard-working writers, a lot of great friends in the awesome WordPress/Drupal/Blogging communities, and a community who love the Canadian game industry and indie scene as much as we do.
If there’s anything I learned from this experience is that social media gives even the smallest guy a voice in an overpopulated world. Through hard work, determination, a lot of sleepless nights, and a positive attitude, we can speak out and create special things that can hopefully be of service to the people around us.
A big thank you to everyone at the Social Media Awards for giving us this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. And most importantly, to our fellow bloggers, community, and friends, thank you very much for all of your support and guidance.

We Need Your Help To Improve JTM Games
Hey everyone! The guys and gals here at JTM have been working hard to provide you with the best Canadian, Indie, and gaming content since 2011. It’s been quite a fun ride really, we’re very thankful for the opportunity to share our thoughts about the game industry with you.
But you know what?
The blog is missing something important; something social. So that’s why I wanted to ask you guys, what types of content would you like to see from JTM Games? Do you like our reviews? How about our editorials? Do you find our Indie Spotlights helpful for finding fun, unique indie games?
From now on, we want to include you guys on some of our articles; we want to know what you think of certain games. We want to know why you like certain genres, certain games, and not others. If you have anything you want to share or if you think you can help make articles better, let us know!
For now, let’s start with a survey.

Kill By Choice – Hitman: Absolution Preview
Having been out of the gaming spotlight for the last seven years, Agent 47 is getting ready for a cinematic, violent, and bloody return to form in Hitman Absolution for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
Showcasing IO Interactive’s new graphical engine (codenamed Glacier 2) the developers built the game from scratch. There are no re-used game assets to be found here. It will also feature a brand new and unique art direction and game design that will surprise and delight Hitman fans.
