These Mass Effect 3 Action Figures Will Blow You Away
You’ve never quite seen Mass Effect 3 action figures as detailed as these.
Over the last few months, we’ve been covering the various Play Arts Kai action figures released by Square-Enix. They’ve all featured incredibly detailed sculptures and articulation that allows for multiple poses; definitely high quality work and worth the premium price.
This time we’ll be looking at the newest additions to the Play Arts Kai line; all three figures coming from Mass Effect 3. Coming this September, Mass Effect fans will be able to pick up Commander Shepard, Garrus Vakarian, and Ashley Williams in their Mass Effect 3 costumes, as well as weapons preferred by each character. As well, each character will include two sets of hands that will allow them to the different weapons offered.

Preview: God Of War 3 – Kratos Play Arts Kai Action Figure
Iconic PlayStation universe protagonist Kratos (from the God of War series) is now immortalized as one of the Square-Enix Play Arts Kai action figure line. Preview: Super Street Fighter IV – Ryu Play Arts Kai Figure
About three weeks back, we previewed a number of Play Arts Kai action figures based on popular videogames including Metal Gear Solid, Uncharted 3, and Halo. This week, we’re going to focus on Square Enix and Capcom’s Super Street Fighter IV Play Arts Kai Action figures.
The Super Street Fighter IV Play Arts Kai line features four characters from the popular franchise; Ryu, Chun-Li, Akuma, and Cammy. Ryu and Chun-li are available for purchase now, with Akuma and Cammy to be released later this month.
First in line to be previewed is the franchise’s main protagonist, Ryu Hoshi.

Preview – Batman: Arkham Asylum Play Arts Kai Figures From Square Enix
Ah Batman, I watched all the movies (animated and live-action), I’ve played all the games, I’ve read the comics, and I’ve had a lot of Batman action figures in my 26 years on Earth. But none of those toys, compare to the finish, articulation, and quality exuded by the Batman: Arkham Asylum Play Arts Kai Figures from Square Enix.
The Arkham Asylum Play Arts Kai series is made up of two figures, Batman as well as Joker. Both figures have multiple points of articulation which allows for realistic poses and faithful recreations of scenes from the game, be it Arkham Asylum or Arkham City.

Uncharted 3 Play Arts Kai Figure Preview
Continuing this week’s theme of action figures based on popular video games, we’re going to focus on Square-Enix’s upcoming Nathan Drake action figure from his most recent blockbuster, Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. As part of the Play Arts Kai series, the Nathan Drake figure is the product of beautiful workmanship.
As with the Metal Gear Solid figures, each are meticulously sculpted from PVC and has multiple points of articulation that allows for multiple pose types; perfect for those who love to reenact scenes from their favorite games.
The 8.7 inch Nathan Drake Play Arts Kai figure is dressed in his desert clothes, including scarf, holster and bandoleer. Each package also comes packed with Drake’s signature weapons such as the Dragon Sniper, the AKS-74U, a 9mm handgun, and two removable and replaceable hands for perfect gun posing positions.
